We are looking for a dedicated, fun, enthusiastic, staff member to help us guide the front of the house - our office. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with clients to help schedule classes, take payments, answer phones, check emails, and complete other necessary office tasks.

Looking for a member with evening availability (2:00pm - 8:45pm) and weekend availability.

Come join our Kids Spot team and learn all about the world of tumbling! We are looking for a staff member to help guide kids into learning tumbling skills. If you not have experience, that is okay, we are willing to train!

Responsibilities Include:
- Teach tumbling skills and techniques to students of various ages and skill levels.
- Plan and lead engaging and age-appropriate tumbling classes.
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for students to learn and grow.
- Demonstrate proper form and technique for tumbling movements.
- Develop lesson plans that focus on skill progression and development.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback and encouragement.
- Ensure the gym area is clean, organized, and safe for all participants.

- Collaborate with other coaches to plan and coordinate team practices and competitions.

Looking for an instructor with evening availability (4:00-8:30pm) and Sunday availability.  

Responsibilities:
- Assist with event setup, including arranging tables and chairs, decorations, and equipment.
- Greet and direct guests upon arrival.
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns.
- Monitor event activities to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all attendees.
- Assist with crowd control and maintain order during events.
- Perform basic food service duties, such as serving food and beverages.
- Clean up after events, including removing trash and cleaning up spills.

Skills:
- Strong communication skills, including public speaking and the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
- Previous experience in theater, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Comfortable working with children and providing a positive experience for young attendees.

We are looking for a Preschool age (ages 2-5) gymnastics teacher. We are looking for someone reliable and consistent to work 2-3 nights/week (definitely Tuesdays 4:30PM-7:00PM) and Sundays (3:00PM-7:00PM).

Must haves:
- Bubbly personality.
- Enjoy working with children.
- Patient Attitude.
- Positive mindset.
- Works well with others.
- Comfortable talking with parents after class (trainable).

*No experience necessary - this position is trainable.*

This job will take place at a variety of different locations based on days:
Mondays: Rockford, IL 4:00PM - 7:30PM
Tuesday: Belvidere, IL 3:00PM - 7:30PM
Wednesday: Oregon, IL 3:00PM - 8:00PM
Thursday: Rockford, IL 4:00PM - 7:30PM

Duties:
- Plan and lead gymnastics classes for students of various ages and skill levels.
- Create a safe and supportive environment for students to learn and practice gymnastics.
- Provide individualized instruction and feedback to help students improve their skills.
- Develop lesson plans that are engaging, challenging, and age-appropriate.
- Monitor student progress and track their achievements.
- Ensure equipment is set up properly and maintained in a safe condition.
- Communicate with parents about their child's progress and any concerns or achievements.

Experience:
- Previous experience working with students in a gymnastics or related setting.
- Knowledge of gymnastics techniques and safety guidelines.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and other staff members.
- Ability to demonstrate and explain gymnastics skills clearly and effectively.
- Experience in behavior management techniques for working with children.
- Certification in gymnastics coaching or related field is a plus.

Salary: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
