Kids Spot’s Plan of Action 

Regarding the new COVID-19 Mitigations

Effective Friday, November 20th, 2020

Dear Kids Spot Families, 

‍

The governor has announced the new mitigation measures taking place in Illinois, asking us to pause all group-based sports practices and lessons. We at Kids Spot take the health and safety of our community very seriously, and are planning to comply with these new restrictions. As a result, all of our instructional classes are now transitioning to a new “individual lesson” format.

In this new format, each student will have their own individual workout station, their own equipment that is not shared, and their own individual space. Your child’s lesson will not change it’s currently scheduled day or time. We have re-organized our gym to allow for each child to have their own space, and remain with their normal instructor.

Kids Spot will continue to actively enforce the following procedures: 

• Only one parent or guardian will be allowed to accompany your child or children to their lesson.
• Drop and go is highly recommended for all students.
• All students, parents, and staff will be required to wear a mask while inside our facilities.
• Upon entry, all students, parents and staff will be required to use hand sanitizer.
• Temperature screens and screening questions will continue to take place at the front desk.

We are proud to bring a strong developmental and educational training to our students, and with your help we will continue to do so as safely as possible.
